2008年我国主要城市总体地价水平及商业、居住、工业用地地价水平虽然有所上升,但涨幅趋于平缓,多数城市地价增幅远低于上年同期水平。土地供应总量明显下降,土地流标流拍现象频现。重点地区中,长三角地区综合地价水平值最高、环渤海地区地价水平最低;环渤海地区地价增长率最高,珠江三角洲地区最低,珠江三角洲和长江三角洲地价增长率出现负值。
<<The overall and commercial,residential,industrial land price level in major cities nationwide in the year of 2008 has increased,but tended to rise gently. The land price growth rate of most cities is much lower than the same period last year. The total land supply has declined significantly. The phenomenon of abortive tenders and auctions of land appears frequently. In the key areas,the comprehensive land price level in Yangtze Delta area is the highest,while in Link Bohai Sea area is the lowest. The growth rate of land price in Link Bohai Sea area is the highest,while in Pearl River Delta area is the lowest. The growth rate of land price in Link Bohai Sea area and in Yangtze Delta area presents the negative value.
