The development of real estate market has it own law，but the impacts by international and domestic economic situation can’t be neglected under the background of international financial crisis. This paper analyzes the situation of international and domestic economic development since 2008 and also analyzes the negative and active effects by this situation. Finally the paper analyzes the overall developing trend of the housing prices.
