This research analyzes the existing problems in advanced skilled human resource development in Guangzhou including disbalance between demand and supply，unreasonable structure，low quality and poor development environment，etc.，puts forward the general thoughts for advanced skilled human resource development，and points out countermeasures such as renewing ideas，increasing supply，optimizing structure，enhancing investment，improving environment，perfecting promoting system and policy making.
