本文针对广州市技能人才发展中存在的供需总量失衡、结构不合理、质量相对较低、技能人才发展环境有待改善等问题,提出了未来广州市技能人才发展的总体思路,指出要从更新观念、增加供给、优化结构、加强投入、改善环境、完善激励机制和政策制度等方面采取对策措施,促进技能人才的发展。
