本文运用国际传播的研究方法,在质化研究和量化研究结合的基础上,对对中国对外传播构成巨大障碍的“中国威胁论”进行了全球背景下的分析和研究,尤其对美国、西欧、日本、印度四个国家(地区)进行了更为深入的分析和研究。通过研究发现,在看似同样的“中国威胁论”论调下,隐藏的其实是各个国家(地区)的不同想象和各种诉求。如美国的“政冷民热”、西欧的“失落心态”、日本的“政冷经热”、印度的“竞争情结”等。为此,本文认为:我们要迅速改变以往“大一统”的对外传播格局,立即实施区别化、区域(国别)化、精准化的对外传播战略。通过迅速实施这一战略,大大提升我国对外传播的针对性和有效性,从而为中华民族的伟大复兴营造良好的国际舆论环境。
<<This paper applies methodology from international communication based on combination of qualitative and quantitative research.It analyzes and studies the huge barrier of China’s international communication—“China Threat” in the context of global communication.Four countries/regions are particularly focused on,including the US,western Europe,Japan and India.What hide behind the identical tone of “China Threat” is actually the different imaginations and appeals of various countries,such as the “political indifference and mass concern” in the US,the “depressed emotion” in west Europe,the “political indifference and economic fever” in Japan,the “competition complex” in India and so on.This paper later points out that we should rapidly transform China’s international communication format of “all-in-one” in the past.Differentiated,regional and precise international communication strategies should be adopted in no time.China’s international communication can be more specific and effective with this strategy.A better international circumstance will thus be created to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
