The western region support in the science and technology through financial ways, so the level of science and technology have improved .Compared with the eastern region,the gap still exists. The paper which contains three aspects that is science and technology innovation level,high-tech research and development ability level and technology support and economic transformation ability reveals the reason why are western region technology and finance level behind in eastern reasons, then we will puts forward practical policy suggestions. <<
