    西部金融人力资本发展报告

    摘要

    “十二五”时期是西部各省深入实施西部大开发战略、全面建设小康社会承前启后和极为关键的时期,也是金融业抓住机遇、发挥优势、加快发展的重要时期。随着外资金融机构进入我国的速度加快,东部发达地区金融机构向西迁移,准金融机构及民间借贷的逐步放开和发展,西部金融行业对人才的争夺将更加激烈,西部金融业可能将会面临人才危机。同时,西部金融类企业自身人力资本与发达国家或发达地区在人力资本的存量、质量等存在一定的距离。因此,改善和发展西部金融人力资本已成为西部金融业的当务之急和可持续发展的重要部分。本报告对西部地区的金融人力资本存量数据进行整理和统计,旨在揭示西部金融人力资本的发展现状和未来的发展方向。 <<

    Abstract

    Finance is the core of modern economy,the financial sector has played a pivotal role in optimizing resource allocation,promote economic development and economic restructuring. "12th Five-Year" period of the western provinces implementing the western development strategy in depth and comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society in the past and and a very critical period in the financial industry to seize the opportunity,advantage,and accelerate the development of an important period. With the speed of foreign financial institutions entering the country,the financial institution west of the eastern region migration,the gradual liberalization of quasi-financial institutions and private lending and development,Western financial industry will become more intense competition for talent,the western financial sector will probably faced with crisis. At the same time,the financial enterprises of the western region of human capital in developed countries or developed areas in the human capital stock,the quality of a certain distance. Therefore,the improvement and development of human capital in the western financial has become an important part of the western financial sector is imperative and sustainable development. This part of the western regional financial and human capital stock data collation and statistics,designed to reveal the development of human capital in the western financial status and future direction of development. <<
