Financial intermediary service industry in China is just started,is a sunrise industry,although the agency developed rapidly,but not much in the financial services. How to change the status quo,constructing the western financial intermediary service system,the aim of this paper is to place. This article from the domestic and foreign guarantee industry development situation,12 provinces in Western China guarantee industry development present situation,the security industry development problems,countermeasures and prospect in aspects of the guarantee industry is analysed western. Discover through the analysis,the Western security industry starts late,but development is rapidder,especially in Chongqing City,for Western Small and medium sized enterprises financing and played an important role in development. But the problem in the process of development to be solved.This paper puts forward some suggestions. <<
