In this study，we firstly make a qualitative research about the characteristics of successful female entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial attitude by semi-structured interviews，and further discuss the current social attitudes towards female’s participation in entrepreneurial activities through the questionnaire empirical research.Questionnaire results show that the female entrepreneurial attitudes can be recognized by female entrepreneurial social acceptance，female entrepreneurial ability，female entrepreneurial justice and female entrepreneurial fitness in four dimensions.It also has good reliability and validity，and can be used for the evaluation of female entrepreneurial attitude.The comparative study of age found that the younger women showing more inclusive and open attitude towards female’s entrepreneurial activities.Gender comparative study shows that the male exhibit more conservative attitude than the female at the same age.
