There are eight risks of image crisis of civic literacy：rumor and slander，deception and swindle，producing fakes，malignant disputes，rules violation，easily incited，vulgar tastes and human indifference. These eight aspects constitute the Risk Map. At present，the analysis of the image crisis degree and social responsibility accident rate shows that the three most prominent problems are the fakes producing，human indifference and vicious competition. As regards the image death on human indifference，the key is to be committed to improvement. As regards the relationship of image deviation degree and multiple judgement，the key is to be committed to build a comprehensive management system，combined with the regularity from the Risk Map.
