There are nine risks of image crisis of policemen：the sense of insecurity of public，negligent torts，lack of legal consciousness，inappropriate enforcement means，unjust enforcement，mishandling of relations between policemen and community，responsibility and marked risks，offences against law and discipline and being affected. These nine aspects constitute the Risk Map. At present，the analysis of the image crisis degree and social responsibility accident rate shows that the three most prominent problems are the offences against law and discipline，the sense of insecurity of public and unjust enforcement. As regards being affected problems in aspect of the image injustice，the key is to be committed to solve those injustice problems. As regards offences against law and discipline in aspect of image death，the key is to be committed to improvement. As regards the image deviation degree and multiple judgement relationships，the key is to be committed to build a comprehensive risk management system，combined with the regularity from the Risk Map.
