There are four risks of image crisis of supervision over food safety：poor regulation on the process of food manufacturing，poor regulation on food circulation and transportation，poor regulation on food consumption and poor regulation on the primary agricultural production. These four aspects constitute the Risk Map. At present，the analysis of the image crisis degree and social responsibility accident rate shows that the three most prominent problems are the poor regulation on the process of food manufacturing（adding non-food chemical additives），poor regulation on food circulation and transportation（selling false wine）；poor regulation on food consumption（the inferior quality of the food supply）. As regards the social responsibility accident including abuse of plant hormones and selling expired food，the key is to be committed to improvement. As regards the relationship of image deviation degree and multiple judgement，the key is to be committed to build a comprehensive management system，combined with the regularity from the Risk Map.
