There are five risks of image crisis of medical system：difficulty of medical care and high expense on it;medical security issue;management of medical agent;doctor-patient dispute;lack of specification on medical commercial advertisements. These five aspects constitute the Risk Map. At present，the analysis of the image crisis degree and social responsibility accident rate shows that the three most prominent problems are medical security problems （medical negligence），management of medical agents （regulation of medical institution） and doctor-patient dispute. As regards the image injustice on the doctor-patient dispute problems，the key is to be committed to solve those injustice issues. As regards the image death on medical security problems，the key is to be committed to improvement. As regards the relationship of image deviation degree and multiple judgement，combined with the regularity from the Risk Map，the key is to be committed to build a comprehensive management system.
