There are four risks of image crisis of provinces and municipalities on ecological environment：polluted air，contaminated water，soil pollution，and destruction of ecosystem. These four aspects constitute the Risk Map. At present，the analysis of the image crisis degree and social responsibility accident rate shows that the two most prominent problems are contaminated water and soil pollution. As regards the image injustice response，the key is to be committed to solve those injustice problems. As regards the image death on soil pollution，the key is to be committed to improvement. As regards the relationship of image deviation degree and multiple judgement，the key is to be committed to build a comprehensive management system，combined with the regularity from the Risk Map.
