本文通过介绍经过实地调研考察两部演艺项目《又见平遥》《禅宗少林·音乐大典》的基本情况，总结归纳出这两部演艺项目成功的几点做法和经验。同时对广州市发展旅游剧场进行了比较深入的可行性分析，并结合目前广州市演艺市场的具体实际，从基本思路、场地选择、运营模式、政策环境四个方面对发展广州市旅游剧场提出了一些建议。
<<This paper comes to the conclusion of several keys to the success of theatrical performance by on-the-field research in Pingyao Again and Zen Buddism & Shaolin Temple. It also has done a thorough feasibility analysis on the tourism theatre in Guangzhou and proposes suggestions about basic principles，choice of site，operational model and policy environment.
