Progress has been made in the relationship between China and Central and Eastern European countries in the last 10 years. The weight of Central and Eastern European countries in China’s foreign policy has been increased. China started to deal with its relations with Central and Eastern European countries in a regional approach after 2011，and China’s relations with Central and Eastern European countries have entered a new historical stage.
