Global warming currently is one of the major challenges faced by the whole world. Mitigation and adaptation to climate has become a core issue in global governance agenda. China and the European Union are two key actors engaged in global climate governance，on which their interactions have great influences. China and the EU depend each other in the development of low carbon economy，cooperate and compete at the same time in the construction of climate change rule-making，and come through three stages of in the UN climate change agreement negotiations. China and the EU should keep cooperation in global climate change governance，which is helpful for both parties to resolve their own problems and to enhance their international status.
