天河自设区以来先后经历了从农业型经济模式到工业型经济模式、商业型经济模式、现代服务型经济模式的转变,其产业经济模式的快速转变是我国快速城市化进程中城市产业用地发展的典型缩影。本文从天河区现阶段产业发展特征入手,分析了产业用地的现状特征,并以地均产值、地均资产总值、地均从业人员和人均资产总值为评价指标对天河区分行业、分街道的产业用地集约化水平进行了分析。最后针对天河区产业用地集约化利用和空间布局中存在的问题,提出了产业用地优化策略,并对主要产业类型的空间布局进行了展望。
<<Industrial development of TianHe District has experienced from agricultural level to industrial level,to commercial,and to service;this make TianHe District represent a typical pattern of development of Chinese new urban district. This paper first analyzes the features of industries and characters of land use of TianHe District in current stage. And then it evaluates intensity of industrial land use from industrial output value per square meters,total assets per square meters,labor per square meters and total assets per capita. Finally it gives several allocation strategies for main industrial sectors of TianHe district.
