Farmers’ transformation into urban inhabitants becomes to an important means of promoting the transformation of economic growth mode and improving workers’ well-being index，also offers the important basis to readjust the economic structure and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers. This paper starts from the current situation of farmers’ transformation into urban inhabitants in Hangzhou metropolitan circles，analyzes existing problems and developing trends，and then offers some suggestions to strengthen the work of the farmers’ transformation into urban inhabitants in Hangzhou metropolitan circles.
