Through accelerating industrial restructuring and improving the ability of the central city as radiation，MICE Industry accelerates the construction of new urbanization and shortens the time. This paper starts from the analysis of the principles and practical experiences of MICE Industry promoting the construction of new-type urbanization，sums up the focus and practice of MICE Industry’s innovation development in Hangzhou Metropolitan circles，formulates the strategic objectives and procedures to support the new-type urbanization construction by MICE Industry，and then offers some countermeasures and suggestions in financial policy and industrial policy.
