This paper focuses on the realization of strategic vision about Fuyang Dream，analyzes Fuyang’s objective factors and practical gaps in the construction of ecological environment，people’s lives，functional industry，urban space and cultural landscape，etc.，and resolves Fuyang Dream to five sub-dream，they are ecology，wealthy，takeoff，development and sunlight. In the end，this paper proposes Fuyang’s five-in-one path to new-type urbanization development.
