Urban Transportation plays a critical role in keeping regular operation and fulfilling the general functions of the city. Today，city traffic jam becomes a big problem worldwide. It is challenging for the city managers to solve the traffic jam in big cities efficiently，reduce the air pollution caused by vehicle exhaust，and establish a safe，convenient，pro-environment and sustainable urban transportation system.
