Beijing has taken a lead in adopting the development strategy for the new pattern of rural-urban integration. In the current backdrop of building the world city，promoting the rural-urban integration is an important task. In recent years，some towns demonstrated grass-root pioneering spirit and chose the coordination of villages and towns as the way to promote the rural-urban integration. Under the condition of fully guaranteeing the assets and earnings of the collective ownership and by resorting to the market rules and the platform of the joint-stock association of land，a new way of using the collective land and achieving the rural-urban integration was taken which aims to build the interest balance mechanism of the collective land，reduce the impact of previous plan of the government，gradually narrow the interest difference among the villages，promote the effective use of the collective land within the township jurisdiction，enhance the urbanization of both rural area and peasants，and facilitate rural-urban integration. <<
