Focusing on the fellowship associations in Hong Kong，this paper analyzes the history and the features of the fellowship associations in Hong Kong and the role they’ve played in the social integration of the mainland migrants by visiting the offices of those associations and interviewing the heads of more than 10 organizations like Hong Kong Fujian Fellowship Association，and also mainland migrants who have different jobs in Hong Kong and different social origins. By doing so，this paper gives suggestions on what Beijing can learn from the successful experience in terms of the innovation of the social governance system. <<
