The number of separation population in Beijing has considerably increased with the development of urbanization. So how to solve the problems caused by separation population has become an important subject as the phenomenon of separation population has aggravated the difficulties of the population and social management in Beijing. This paper not only discusses the principal characteristics of the separation population in Beijing，but also deeply analyses the challenges for the administrative system which serves and manages the separation population in Beijing and their causes. Moreover，this paper tries to give some policy suggestions to solve the problems. <<
