It is a consensus that vocational aged care being a mainstream solution to cope with rapid social aging. To ensure a stable and professional service team,and sustainable talent reserves is the key for effective implementation of aged care at homes,in communities,or in institutions. Facing the demanding for aged care talents with the backdrop of social aging,vocational training featuring short term,wide range,quick results and targeting contents,becomes an effective way to solve the talent shortage. Based on analyzing the current actuality and existing problems of vocational training for aged-care service,the article points out that China should build up a multilevel and three-dimensional comprehensive training system on the platforms of communities,aged-care institutions and organizations,based on aged-care service,oriented by vocational demanding,and form a talent training structure combing vocational training and professional education. That will effective solve the talent shortage for age-care service in China.
