Combing the teaching practice and the international experience, this paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the training of professionals in elderly care, and argues that the lack of both top-level policy design and optimization of resource is the main cause of the bottleneck in training professionals in elderly care, therefore,it is necessary to build a system in which the social security policy of the government takes a leading role, the resource integration of professional training in universities is a main task, and the increase of the personnel input by enterprises works accordingly. This system in which the government, universities and enterprises work together will help overcome the bottleneck of talent shortage in the development of the cause for the aging population.
