Currently，developing community care as a major task of senior service system has turned out to be a consensus and the task needs to be specified as a vision. Illuminating elements and structure of multi-functional community care and analyzing supply and demand structure as well as shortage of services，the article mainly discusses two coordinative mechanisms underlying the clarified vision. First of all，it is necessary at community level to improve service process，professional training and resource integration. Secondly，it is necessary at municipal level to improve the policy and old-age consumption market as well as to develop service associations，which enabling interaction among research，planning and training. To a large extent，providing for the aged as an important part of China Dream will be realized gradually by social innovations of those care services in community. <<
