The environmental issue has become one of the most serious problems to be addressed in China.Presently，citizen’s environmental awareness is relatively weak，which hinders the environmental protection policy work by the government at the micro level.It urges researchers to understand the reasons for the formation of residents’ environmental awareness in deep，so as to facilitate the implementation of intervention strategies.This study explored the factors on the multidimensional environmental awareness from four facets：the demographic factors，the environmental factors，the media factors，and the environmental right factors.Influence of the above factors on the various dimensions of environmental awareness was also compared.Results of the study will provide stakeholders with suggestions on the improvement of citizen’s environmental awareness，and the implementation of environmental protection policies. <<
