Medical service problem is one of the major issues in people’s livelihood in recent years.The widespread public events triggered by medical disputes have attracted public attention and discussion. The “Decision” issued by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CCP pointed out that，the comprehensive reform of the medical system should be constructed on the basis of full understanding of public opinion.Social Survey Center of Public Opinion Research Laboratory in Shanghai Jiao Tong University conducted a telephone survey on respondents’ satisfaction with the current level of medical services and some hot topics such as difficulties and high cost in getting medical treatment，doctor-patient relationship，health care reform，and so on. <<
