    幼儿园家长教育满意度影响因素的实证研究及启示

    摘要

    如何办好让人民满意的教育是一个经久不衰的热点话题,但是什么是人民满意的教育,如何根据人民群众的呼声改进教育工作,仍然是一个值得深入探讨的理论问题和实践诉求。基于幼儿园家长教育满意度的实证研究发现,幼儿的性别和家庭背景、幼儿园的质量等级和办学体制是影响教育满意度的重要因素。然而,由于家长缺乏有效的工具和信息判断儿童的发展水平,家长无法成为幼儿园教育质量评价的主体,大部分家长不具备基本的专业素质对儿童发展进行评估。因此,要办好让人民满意的教育,在教育质量评价中既要重视家长的主观判断,也要重视客观的外部专家评价。

    Abstract

    How to make education satisfy the people has been a sore one for years,which has become an essential precondition for local governments and schools to guide its work. The ministry of education has announced its survey on parent satisfaction of education domestically in 2013. However,how to define the parent satisfaction and how to improve education based on the collected data about parent satisfaction and dissatisfaction has still need deepen studied theoretically and practically. Based on a survey from Fujian Province,the hierarchical linear model is applied to examine the relative importance of individual,kindergarten and local government factors on parent satisfaction. The empirical results indicate the gender and social economical status,kindergarten rating system and school-running system play a more important role. Furthermore,parents might not be good candidates to assess children development without needed tools and information. In terms of how to make education satisfy the people,the governments might need to include parent satisfaction and professional outsiders’ judgments as well.
