实现教育公平是全面建设小康社会的根本要求,也是未来深化教育领域综合改革的基本价值取向。使用2002~2012年中国各级受教育人口的分布数据,测算了全体人口及分性别人口的平均受教育年限和教育基尼系数,并进行了地区间分层聚类分析和教育基尼系数的分解。研究发现,2002~2012年中国的教育成就和教育公平程度都得到了显著的提高;中国北部地区的教育发展水平明显高于南部地区,教育不平等程度呈现西高东低的趋势;不同性别的教育发展差距呈逐年收敛的趋势,但地区间的教育发展差距稍有扩大。
<<Realizing the education equality is the basic requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and basic value orientation to deepen comprehensive education reform in the future. Applying China educational distribution data during 2002-2012,this article calculated the average years of schooling and education gini coefficient of the gender and all the population. Based on the hierarchical clustering analysis between regions and decomposition of education gini coefficient,the study found that in 2002-2012 China’s education achievement and education equality have been significantly improved. China’s northern education attainment is significantly higher than the south. Education inequality degree declines from west to east. Education gaps between genders have the trends of convergence year by year,but education gap between regions is slightly expanded.
