Since enlarge recruitment of higher education，the supply of college graduates has increased. In 2013，the number of college graduates reached the new record of 6.99 million. However，due to the slow pace of economic growth country，the demand of labor market for college graduates cannot increase accordingly. That is the reason why the year of 2013 is called the“most difficult year of employment in history”for college students. After conducting national survey of employment for college students in 2003，2005，2007，2009 and 2011，the Institute of Economics of Education at Peking University conducted the sixth large-scale national survey. This article will discuss the analytical results of the survey statistics of employment and job-hunting for college students.
