2013年是北京非物质文化遗产保护与传承向纵深发展的关键一年。北京在建设非物质文化遗产名录体系、探索非物质文化遗产推广传承模式、完善非物质文化遗产保护机制这些方面取得了较大进展，但仍然存在非物质文化遗产文化传播冷热不均、过于依赖官方扶持等不足，需要从多方入手积极改进，持续、深入、科学地推进非物质文化遗产保护与传承工作的发展。
<<It is a crucial year in 2013 for depth development of Beijing intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance. There are many development in constructing of the intangible cultural heritage list system，in Exploring inheritance mode of the promotion of intangible cultural heritage，and in improving the intangible cultural heritage protection mechanism. However，there are still shortcomings such as communicating culture unevenly，relying too much on the official support，etc. We need to improve actively in a whole，and promote the intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance continuously，deeply and scientifically.
