This report summarizes the latest development of Beijing public cultural services in the year of 2013. Beijing plays an important exemplary and leading role in China’s public cultural services，further progress in the building of cultural infrastructures and made performance assessments. Beijing also made the efforts on brand building of mass cultural activities and personnel training，successfully organized the 1st Beijing People Beneficial Cultural Consumption Season，further improving the integration of cultural and technology. At last，this report proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Beijing public cultural services.
