Population development and employment are the most important in economic development. They are the top concerns and play a leading role in policy formulation in many developing countries. Using the analytical framework of economics and combining relevant data，this paper focuses on the structural causes of the issues in Arab population development and employment，with a view to providing some recommendations for policy formulation.
