As a driving force of one country’s development，the innovation of agriculture science and technology has become an effective way to the development of agriculture in the world.Facing the currently difficult in the development of agriculture science and technology transform in Henan province，it needs to establish the agriculture technology innovation fund urgently.This paper compares the form of status quo，operation method about the agriculture technology fund worldwide，and based on the actual，proposed the evolutionary path of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Fund about Henan province.
