网络问政是政府与公众互动沟通的一个重要桥梁，是我党实践群众路线的重要渠道，也正日益塑造和影响着我国政治社会生活的面貌。本文结合北京“7·21”特大自然灾害，探讨网络问政的运行特点、作用与存在的主要问题，借以寻求规范网络问政的对策建议。
<<Political participation through internet is an important link between the government and the public and is a channel for our current practice of the mass line，which is increasingly shaping and affecting the face of China’s political and social life.This paper analyze the character、role and the problem of Political participation through internet with Beijing “7·21” natural disasters，which is to enhance the coping capacity of government.
