社区矫正工作于2011年、2012年写入刑法和刑事诉讼法。在长期实践过程中，北京市形成了社区矫正的“北京模式”，制定了《北京市社区矫正实施细则》，形成了一套衔接、整合、保障机制。北京社区矫正工作在调查程序、适用范围、调查内容等方面存在值得深入研究的问题。
