面对纷繁复杂的社会环境,北京市西城区结合区域特点和社会建设的新形势、新任务,推行了“全响应”网格化社会服务管理模式,初步构建了以需求为导向,以服务为核心,以街道统筹为重点,以公众参与为基础,以信息化手段为支撑,多元主体积极响应社会需求的全响应网格化工作体系。推行了访民情、听民意、解民难工作机制,搭建了区、街、社区三级联动的信息化平台,强化街道统筹作用,鼓励多元主体参与社区服务管理,不断完善精细化服务覆盖。
<<In the face of the complicated social circumstances,Xicheng District of Beijing city has implemented the“full response”social service and management model,which is based on public participation,informationization and multi subject positively responding to social demands.Under this informationization working model,the Government staff of the City-District-subdistricts-communities are united together trying to visit the civilian,listen to the public,solut their difficulties,and constantly improve the social service and management level.
