The housing problem faced by urban youth has become a common concern of the society，and some social issues，such as “Ant Tribe” “Dwelling Narrowness” “Young Neets” that closely related to it are seen in public media frequently. More and more people start to analyze the housing consumption behaviors of the youth. This article applies the “Field-Habitus” theory，introduced by Pierre Bourdieu，puts forward some new concepts，such as housing field，housing capital and housing habitus，taking into consideration of social actors and social structures，including the economy and the culture，among other factors，and gives a brand new explanation on the principles and mechanism of urban youth’s housing deeds in contemporary China.
