<<As the Guangzhou municipal government continues to upgrade controlling property market in 2013,the sale of housing transaction volume is controlled to a certain extent.The actual supply of land was much lower than the planned,and the transaction prices were repeatedly reaching new heights.Transactions of commodity housing were hot in peripheral regions,whereas in central regions restrictions over home-purchase and sale were severe.Impacted by the rapid development of E-business,the total turnover of retail market declined.The uptrend of office buildings’ transaction prices was aggressive in Zhujiang New Town,along with the gradual decrease of the amount of available Grade A Office.The property market in Guangzhou will face reform in 2014,and its price is expected to rise narrowly.
