2013年,北京土地市场火热,成交额、成交量及成交价格同比均大幅反弹;土地市场上扬的驱动力主要在于企业销售持续向好、一线城市价值的重新认知、长期供不应求的预期及土地出让政策的助推。预计2014年土地成交量将稳中有升;土地成交价格快速上涨的态势将有所缓和,全年可能表现出先扬后抑的趋势,但出现大幅回落的可能性极小。
