Since Reunification，the application of Chinese language in the Laws of Macau has undoubtedly become a common scene，but its quality is still far from satisfactory. Regardless of the legislative，judicial or executive organs，the application of Chinese language remained pessimistic in 2013 under the influence of a couple of factors，such as criticism from the community on the quality of legislation，failure to full application of Chinese language in judicial documentation，and an ineffective coordination on legal reform by the executive agencies. This article summarises the application of Chinese language in the laws of Macau by the legislative，judicial and executive organs，and analyses the difficulties and proposes potential solutions for improvement.
