2013年，澳门特别行政区历史上的第14个年头，注定要以充满戏剧的事件载入史册。也许要经过若干年我们才能真正理解和认识发生在这一年中的各种政治事件所包含的影响和意义，而我们现在对这一年的言说只能算作是一个尝试性的、纪年式的注解，是为若干年后深入分析所留下的一个现场记录。
<<The happenings of the year 2013 are destined to be recorded in the history of the Macau Special Administrative Region，when at its 14th year. Political events，as well as their impact and implications，might take years to be understood，and this narrative of 2014 is an attempt of a chronological notation，which might serve as a witness record for future studies.
