This paper is completed based on thorough investigation，collection of large amounts of data and the experience of science popularization in poverty-stricken and remote minority areas（Tibetan areas）.The paper focuses on practice，with the aim to find out appropriate ways and means of science popularization in these areas.Therefore，the government can better make decisions in promoting science popularization in these areas.
