围绕青少年科技创新能力提升,本报告从创新意识、科学知识、科学方法、应用实践能力四个维度诠释了青少年科技创新能力的内涵。提出推动科普工作与教育主渠道紧密结合,以科技创新校本课程为青少年科技创新能力提升的主要途径,通过选取具有普遍示范意义的科学主题,提出分学龄段的科技创新校本课程案例设计。
<<This paper explained scientific and technological innovation capability of teenagers from four aspects,including awareness of innovation,scientific knowledge,scientific methodology,and application capacity,and proposed to improve the innovation capability of teenagers by integrating popular science with school education,selecting major scientific topics to formulate different curriculum targeting at students of different school age.
