Based on relevant discourses of science popularization，this report makes a detailed analysis on the status quo of the creation and publication of works for science popularization，identifies forms of writing these works under new technology environment，and illustrates problems in creating and publishing such works.Lastly，this report puts forward constructive development paths and policy suggestions to deal with existing problems.
