本报告以科普人才队伍建设为重点，在认真梳理当前科普人才发展状况的前提下，归纳出我国科普人才队伍建设中存在的问题；同时，考虑到我国公民科学素质建设的重要性及紧迫性，预测未来几年我国科普人才发展的需求，并且针对科普人才培养过程中出现的问题及不足，提出较为合理的政策建议。
