农村公共文化供给绩效评估有利于形成公共文化的多中心治理机制、提高农民群众对公共文化的参与度和满意度，进而提升农村公共文化的供给水平。本报告对农村公共文化的供给绩效评价体系进行了总体构建，并以实际数据对全国31个省市自治区进行了总体评价和分析，期望为未来农村公共文化供给提供有益的借鉴。
<<The performance evaluation for the supply of public culture in rural areas of China can benefit multi -center management mechanism and enhance the farmers’ participation and satisfaction with the public culture，thus increase the level about the supply of public culture in rural areas. In this report，we built the performance evaluation system for the supply of public culture in rural areas，evaluated and analyzed the actual data of the country’s 31 provinces，and expected to provide useful reference for the future supply of public culture in rural areas.
