文化实力和竞争力是国家富强、民族振兴的重要标志。近年来,我国不断深化文化体制改革;将文化产业确立为国民经济新的增长点;并且在传统文化的保护和利用上采取了一系列举措,收到了良好的社会经济效益;对外文化传播稳中求进,中国文化在海外的影响力显著提升。然而,我们依然要清晰地认识到,与中国成为世界第二大经济体相比,中国文化的实力与竞争力还未能达到相应的高度。中国文化要能够在世界舞台上取得话语权,任重道远。
